Assessment Tools and Methodologies
-
Before the training: Prior to the start of the course, a preliminary analysis is conducted using a questionnaire and a placement test. This ensures that the participant’s level is appropriate and that the course content is tailored to their specific needs.
-
During the training: Each day begins with a “learning activation” session, including a debrief of previous activities.
This helps identify any gaps between expectations and progress. If necessary, adjustments are made to address these points.
To assess whether the knowledge acquired is being effectively assimilated, participants are evaluated both individually and in groups through:
-
Quizzes
-
Written tests
-
Role-playing activities
-
Final day of training: An assessment will be conducted to validate your level. Participants will also complete an “on-the-spot evaluation” form to share immediate feedback and measure overall satisfaction with the training experience.
-
After the training: Approximately one month later, we follow up with you to assess the impact of the training on your professional activities and to ensure that the skills acquired are being effectively applied.
