Improve your French language skills in a specific professional context within the restaurant sector.

Develop mastery of technical vocabulary and professional interactions in the kitchen to support successful integration into the catering industry.
Target Audience
Newcomers to the French-speaking job market in the restaurant sector who wish to improve their French language skills and usage with short or medium term professional goals.
Prerequisites
Initial language assessment: An A2 elementary level according to the CEFR is needed.
Teaching Methodology
Audiovisual methods tailored to the culinary sector, dynamic grammar and language structure exercises, and a variety of educational resources that reflect real-life situations in kitchen and restaurant environments.
Assessment

Initial test: Evaluation of the student’s starting level.

Ongoing assessments: Regular tests will monitor progress using a variety of exercises
(videos, dialogues, kitchen experiences simulations) -
Certificate of completion: Awarded upon validation of the skills acquired during the courses.

The classroom is equipped with a whiteboard, video projector and sound system and all relevant educational materials, whether it be exercise sheets, recordings or videos, are provided to each student via email on a weekly basis.
