Registration procedure
For all new registrations, students are required to take a free level test and complete the Preliminary Student Questionnaire. These enable the school to place each student in the class that corresponds exactly to their level and objectives.

For those needing a registration certificate for student visa purposes, once the pre-registration fee has been paid, we will send you a pre-registration certificate by email.
*Note : Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer
Annual administrative fees
The administration fee is 90 euros (or 130 euros if payment is made from a bank outside of France) and is an annual fee. This fee is due each year according to the date of the student's first registration. For example, a student registered on May 30, 2025 and re-registering after May 30, 2026 will have to pay this fee again.

Cancellation conditions
A request for withdrawal, followed by a refund is admissible :

Primarily in the event of a Visa refusal and upon presentation of an official letter of rejection of issuance of a visa.In this case, 235 euros for casework costs and either 90 or 130 euros for the administration fee will be retained.

If said withdrawal request is made either before the scheduled course start date, or within the current school year.

NOTE: Once a registration or pre-registration certificate has been drawn up and issued as part of a visa or residence permit renewal, no refund can be made without an official visa refusal.
