Has anyone here relocated their business base to another country?
I run a small consultancy with two people and almost all of our work is remote now. Every year I look at the numbers and wonder why the office and the flat are where they are. The obvious answer is clients and habit, but neither holds up as well as it used to. For anyone in this group who actually moved the base of operations rather than just taking longer holidays: what broke? I am thinking of the boring parts, banking, registration, whether clients cared, and how much time you lost to admin in the first year. Also whether you bought or rented once you decided to stay.
